چکیده: 

High gain Balun-low-noise-amplifier (LNA) is proposed for tuner of digital televisions (DTVs). The proposed Balun-LNA is based on CS-CG (common-source-common-gate) structure. To improve the isolasion and frequency response, Balun-LNA has cascode transistors before load resistors. Balun-LNA uses current-bleeding circuit to increasie transconductance of CS transistor, so that current-bleeding transistor has transconductance of N-1 times larger than transconductance of cascode transistor. Thereby, transconductance and current of CS transistor are increased N times, as N-1 times of current pass to current-bleeding transistor. Therefore current of CG and CS stages stay identical. Also, Balun-LNA employs a positive feedback to satisfy input impedance matching and CG transistor has higher transconductance. By increasing transconductance of CS and CG transistors, the proposed Balun-LNA achieves to high voltage gain. Accordingly, CG and CS tansistors have symmetrical currents and loads at the differential output of the proposed Balun-LNA. Symmetrical loads cause the balanced differential outputs. This proposed Balun-LNA is designed in 90-nm CMOS technology and covers the frequency range of 40 MHz to 1GHz. This Balun-LNA achieves the voltage gain of 22.6 dB, S11 of less than -10 dB and the Minimum NF of 5 dB. This Balun-LNA operates at the nominal supply voltage of 2.2v.

Plastic hinge properties play a crucial role in predicting the nonlinear response of structural elements. The plastic hinge region of reinforced concrete normal beams has been previously studied experimentally and analytically. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the behavior of the plastic hinge region of reinforced concrete deep beams and its comparison with normal beams through finite element simulation. To do so, ten beams contain six deep beams, and four normal beams, under concentrated and uniformly distributed loading, are investigated. Lengths in the plastic hinge region involving curvature localization, rebar yielding, and concrete crushing zones are studied. The results indicate that the curvature localization zone is not suitable for the prediction of plastic hinge length in reinforced concrete deep beams. Based on the results it can be stated that in simply supported normal beams the concrete crushing zone is focused on the middle span, but in simply supported deep beams by creating a compression strut between loading place and support, the concrete crushing zone spreads along the compression trajectory. The rebar yielding zone of simply supported beams increases as the loading type is changed from the concentrated load at the middle to the uniformly distributed load.

مساله معروف فروشنده دوره گرد کاربردهای فراوانی در توالی عملیات و زمان بندی دارد. الگوریتم های ابتکاری تعویض شاخه از جمله الگوریتم های ابتکاری سریعی است که هنوز هم جهت بدست آوردن حل نزدیک به بهینه مسأله متقارن فروشنده دوره گرد از آن استفاده می شود. در این مقاله روش جدیدی برای انتخاب شاخه ارائه شده که زمان محاسباتی الگوریتم های تعویض شاخه را به یک سوم زمان مورد نیاز کاهش می دهد بدون آنکه از کیفیت حل مساله بکاهد.

Background: Symmetrical peripheral gangrene is usually associated with underlying medical problems and it is seldom seen in pregnancy. Sepsis though common in a setting of delivery by unskilled midwife is rarely accompanied by symmetrical gangrene.Case Presentation: We report a case of symmetrical peripheral gangrene which occurred in the winter, triggered possibly by sepsis and a single dose of ergot. A high index of suspicion, early diagnosis and intervention with appropriate measures will result in favorable outcome in such cases.Conclusion: Although postpartum period is of high risk for sepsis and use of ergot alkaloids is common in labor but occurrence of peripheral symmetrical gangrene is rare. A high index of suspicion for the diagnosis and timely intervention will prevent irreparable damage and loss of limb.

A series of symmetrical multidentate Schiff base ligands1–13 based on the N‚N’ (4‚4’-ethylenebiphenyl) bis-3-methoxysalicylideneimine with different range of color from yellow, orange, brown, cream to red has been synthesized, purified and characterized. These multidentate Schiff base ligands were used to prepare the galvanic cell of the type Ag\AgCl\NiCl2 for potentiometric determination of activity coefficients of NiCl2 in water-glucose mixtures at 298.15 K, and also to bind various transition metals as membrane sensors.

Different parameters of the asymmetric contact problem between an elastic wedge and a half plane have been introduced in this paper. These parameters include the distribution of contact pressure and length of contact zones due to frictionless normal loading. For each parameter, the results have been compared with the results of the symmetric problem and numerical solution, which show excellent agreement. The method of approach is a completely analytical method based on singular integral equations. In this method, the boundary conditions of the problem are stated as some singular integrals, and distribution of the contact pressure is specified. Then, with use of the equilibrium equations and the consistency conditions of the singular integral solution, the lengths of the contact zones are specified.

چکیده: 

Three Schiff bases, named (H2Ln), successfully synthesized by condensing different 3,5-dihalosalicylaldehyde (chloro, bromo, and iodo as haloatoms) with 2,2-Dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine. Furthermore, their transition metal complexes, denoted as (MLn), prepared by refluxing the Schiff bases with corresponding metal(II) acetate. To thoroughly analyze the synthesized compounds, various spectroscopic techniques such as: FT-IR and 1H NMR, along with analytical methods like CHN analysis employed.To assess their antibacterial activity in vitro, the compounds tested against two categories of bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus representing Gram-positive bacteria, and Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa representing Gram-negative bacteria. As reference antibacterial agents, Ampicillin and Erythromycin were used for comparison.

چکیده: 

Mechanical systems with structural symmetries present vibration properties that allow the calculation to be easier and the analysis time to decrease. The paper aims to use the properties involved by the symmetries that exist in mechanical systems for the analysis of the forced response to vibrations. Thus, the study of the properties of systems with symmetries or with identical parts is expanded. Based on a classic model, the characteristic properties that appear in this case are obtained and the advantages of using these properties are revealed. On an example consisting of a truck equipped with two identical engines, the way of applying these properties in the calculation and the resulting advantages is presented.
